INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE
The Internal Complaints Committee has been constituted in the academic year 2021-2022 onwards. The main aim of the committee is to provide a healthy and congenial atmosphere to all the staff members and students. This committee shall address sexual harassment issues faced by girl students/women staff inside the college premises.
Objectives
- To develop guidelines and norms for a policy against sexual harassment.
- To develop principles and procedures for combating sexual harassment.
- To work out details for the implementation of policy.
- To prepare a detailed plan of actions both short and long term.
- To collaborate with women’s anti-sexual harassment cell.
- To organize gender sensitization awareness programmes.
Functions
- To prepare various guidelines as per the norms of the various boards.
- To conduct awareness programmes.
- To conduct the meetings periodically.
- To address the issues with immediate action.
